If you want to purchase one of these, make sure that your digital camera can fit a slightly wider CF card. I have a Canon Rebel XT and this CF adapter worked very well with a variety of SD cards (16 GB, 8 GB, and 4 GB).On the other hand, the adapter and the Nikon Coolpix 995 camera does not conform to the (CF slot is slightly narrower) is. When using this adapter on the Rebel, there was a slight (but hardly noticeable) lag when saving photos onto the card, so if read/write speed is really an issue, I would suggest using a high speed CF card.Otherwise, this card works perfectly, and makes it very convenient for me (all I need to lead today are SD cards and readers)..
